RESOLUTION NO. 4,533 601
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD
CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
KNUCKLE BOOM TRUCK AND ROLL OFF
TRUCK WITH HYDRAULIC TARPING SYSTEM
FOR THE LANDFILL.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager-is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Diamond International of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount .
not to exceed $81,090 for the purchase of a knuckle boom truck
for the Landfill.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account
number 603 - 220 - 2110 - 2000 - 7060(10).
SECTION 3. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Diamond International of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $82,233 for the purchase of a roll off truck with
hydraulic tarping system for the Landfill.
SECTION 4. Funds are available for this purchase in account
number 603 - 220 - 2110 - 2000 - 7060(10).
SECTION 5. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
