A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO 1/2
TON TRUCKS FOR THE FLEET SERVICES
DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Central Ford, of Little Rock, Arkansas,
the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $30,800 for the purchase of two 1/2 ton trucks for the
Fleet Services Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in the
account number 603 - 220 - 2110 -7060.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
