RESOLUTION NO. 9,510
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN
EXCAVATOR FOR THE FLEET SERVICES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Clark Machinery of Mabelvale, Arkansas,
the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to
exceed $147,795 for the purchase of an excavator for the Fleet
Services Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 600 - 360 - 6020 -7060.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
