A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
AND CLOSE PORTIONS OF BOND STREET
AND EAST ROOSEVELT ROAD IN BRUCE
INDUSTRIAL ACRES ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.

WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 28th day of
August, 1995, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon
portions of Bond Street and East Roosevelt Road in Block 2 of
Bruce Industrial Acres, an addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing
of record in Plat Book 847, Page 263, in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any
public utility and drainage easements located in said
rights -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 p.m. on
the 19th day of September, 1995.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
