SOLUTION NO. 9,483 •
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS FROM THE 1995 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BOND FUND FOR THE RENOVATION OF FIRE STATION #13.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,839 approved the issuance of the 1995 Capital
Improvement Bonds, including $3,450,000 for the purpose of renovating existing fire
stations and to construct the first phase of a new fire fighting training facility; and

WHEREAS, the Fire Department's fire station 13 is in need of renovation at this
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to allocate $650,000 for the
remodeling of Fire Station #13. Funds are available for this purpose in account number
303 - 340 -0386.
