RESOLUTION NO. 9,47 449
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR FIRE
STATIONS #11 113 AND 12 AND THE
NORTHWEST POLICE SUBSTATION_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Brooks Jackson Architects to design Fire Station
#11.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Johnson & Chism Architects, P.A., to design Fire
Station #13.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with The Renshaw Firm to design Fire Station #2.
SECTION 4. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Wittenberg, Delony & Davidson, Inc., to design the
Northwest Police Sub - Station.
SECTION 5. Funds are available through the refinancing of
bonds.
