RESOLUTION NO. 9,477
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD AN
ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR JANITORIAL
SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to O.J.'s Enterprises of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $58,850 for janitorial services for the Department
of General Services.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 100 - 214 - 1410 -6081. Funding in the amount of $20,000 will
be transferred from the General Services 1410 part -time salary
account for the balance of fiscal year 1995.
SECTION 3. The City will have the option to renew the
contract for two additional years with approval by the City
Manager.
