A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH BLAYLOCK,
THREET, PHILLIPS AND ASSOCIATES FOR
THE RECONSTRUCTION OF WARREN DRIVE
FROM VALLEY DRIVE TO MABELVALE
CUTOFF AND LOETSCHER LANE FROM
SUNSET LANE TO VALLEY DRIVE, A 1988
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND PROJECT.

WHEREAS, this project will reconstruct the streets to
27 -foot wide streets with curbs and gutters, underground storm
sewers and sidewalks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an
engineering services contract with Blaylock, Threet, Phillips
and Associates, the most qualified bidder meeting
specifications, in an amount not to exceed $39,341.50 ($35,765
contract fee plus 10% contingency), for the reconstruction of
Warren Drive from Valley Drive to Mabelvale Cutoff and Loetscher
Lane from Sunset Lane to Valley Drive, 1988 Capital Improvement
Bond Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0061.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
