RESOLUTION NO. 9,469
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH FWD CORPORATION ( SEAGRAVE FIRE
APPARATUS, INC.) FOR THE REPAIR OF A
1971 SEAGRAVE LADDER UNIT FOR THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with FWD Corporation (Seagrave Fire Apparatus, Inc.) of
Clintonville, Wisconsin, the most qualified bidder meeting
specifications, in an amount not to exceed $64,000 for the
repair of a 1971 Seagrave ladder unit for the Fire Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in the
Fleet contract maintenance account.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
