A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF FAIRVIEW
ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF FAIRVIEW ROAD AND
PLEASANT RIDGE ROAD, IN FAIRVIEW PARK ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little

Rock, Arkansas, on the 30th day of June, 1995, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon a portion of Fairview Road at the intersection of Fairview Road and Pleasant Ridge
Road in Block 5 of Fairview Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on
the plat of said Addition now appearing of record as Instrument Number 94- 81129, in the Office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of
Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of August, 1995.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the
manner directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
