RESOLUTION NO. 9,421
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH TOWNSHIP BUILDERS FOR
RECONSTRUCTION OF RESERVOIR ROAD
FROM TREASURE HILLS ROAD TO NORTH OF
RESERVOIR COURT, A 1988 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BOND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Reservoir Road will be reconstructed to a 36 -foot
wide street with a continuous center turn lane, curbs and
gutters, underground storm sewers and sidewalks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Township Builders, the low bidder meeting
specifications, in an amount not to exceed $796,058 ($692,225
contract fee plus 15% contingency) for the reconstruction of
Reservoir Road from Treasure Hills Road to North of Reservoir
Court.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0149.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
