RESOLUTION NO. 9.416
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF NEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON AN UNNAMED STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY
LOCATED IN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER
i OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 2nd
day of July, 1995, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
h and abandon the 90 foot wide right -of -way of an unnamed
street described as follows:
An unnamed street located in an undeveloped area
generally north of Chenal Parkway and west of the St.
Charles Subdivision, more particularly described as:
A 90 £t. right -of -way for a road located in the S 1/2,
SW 1/4, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas. (No easements are to be retained.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 5th day of July , 1995.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
