RESOLUTION NO. 9,399
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH ETC
ENGINEERS, INC., FOR THE PRELIMINARY
DESIGN OF GARLAND, REICHARDT,
KIMBALL AND PICRON STREETS, 1988
CAPITAL IMPROV24ENT BOND PROJECTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and enter into an engineering services contract with ETC
Engineering, Inc., of Little Rock, Arkansas, the most qualified
bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$47,556.30 ($43,233.75 contract fee plus lot contingency) for
the preliminary design of Garland, Reichardt, Kimball and Picron
Streets as part of the 1988 Capital Improvement Bond Projects.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0061.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
