A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE ALHAMBRA COURT
BETWEEN CRENAL PARKWAY AND BRISTOL DRIVE IN
MONTCLAIR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 6th
day of April, 1995, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of Alhambra Court between Chenal Parkway and
Bristol Drive in Montclair Heights Subdivision, Phase II, of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat
of said Subdivision now appearing of record in Plat Book 6,
Page 25, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and to abandon any easements within that right -of-
way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 16th day of May , 19 95.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
