IMPROVEMENT BOND
WHEREAS, this project will widen Stanton Road and include
curb and gutter, underground storm sewers and sidewalks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Grimes Consulting Engineers, Inc, of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $30,847.30 ($28,043 fee plus 10$ contingency), for
preliminary design of Stanton Road, Baseline to I -30, a 1988
Capital Improvement Bond Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0061.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
