A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LITTLE ROCK
WASTEWATER TO EXTEND A SEWER MAIN
FOR CONNECTION WITH AN EXISTING MAIN
ON PROPERTY OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS AT
18122 CANTRELL ROAD.
WHEREAS, Little Rock Resolution No. 7,893 requires Board of
Director approval of sewer main extensions or tie -ons outside
Little Rock city limits; and
WHEREAS, a faulty septic tank at 18122 outside the city
limits has created a potential health hazard which will be
eliminated by the tie -on with city sewer service; and
WHEREAS, this situation creates an extraordinary exception
to the tie -on policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A ten inch sewer main is hereby approved for
connection with an existing main on property outside the city
limits at 18122 Cantrell Road, on condition that the owner of
said property execute a preannexation agreement and comply with
Little Rock Zoning regulations and Little Rock Wastewater
Utility terms and conditions.
