A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH BUSTER RILEY AND ASSOCIATES FOR
REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL AND
ENYIROMMffi7TAL SERVICES FOR
RIGHT -OF -WAY ACQUISITION FOR THE
WIDENING OF MABELVALE COT -OFF, GEYER
SPRINGS TO CHICOT, A 1988 CAPITAL
IIH'ROVEICK" BOND PROTECT.

WHEREAS, this project will widen Mabelvale Cut -off to four
lanes and include curb and gutter and underground storm
drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Buster Riley and Associates, the low bidder
meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $25,200
($23,200 fee plus 10% contingency), for real estate appraisal
and environmental services for right -of -way acquisition for the
Mabelvale Cut -off, Geyer Springs to Chicot, 1988 Capital
Improvement Bond Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0229.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
