A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE THE ALLEY AND A
PORTION OF THE PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENTS IN BLOCK 4 OF A. C. READS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 22nd
day of November, 1994, asking the Board of Directors to
vacate and abandon all of the alley and a portion of the
public utility and drainage easements in Block 4 of A. C.
Reads Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Plat Book 1, Page 37, in the the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 21st day of February_, 19 95,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
