A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXTEND THE ENGINEERING
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH CARVER AND
CARVER FOR THE DESIGN PHASE OF THE
UNIVERSITY- CHICOT- CLOVERDALE DRAIN,
A 1988 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to extend the
services contract with Garver and Garver in the amount of
$30,000 for the design phase of the University- Chicot- Cloverdale
Drain Project.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 301 - 220 -0064.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
