NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award contracts to Sam Phillips Construction in an
amount not to exceed $43,500 (904 South Lewis); $44,160 (912
South Lewis) and $44,160 (924 South Lewis) for affordable home
construction for the Department of Neighborhoods and Planning.
SECTION 2. Funding is provided by CDBG grant number
MC050200.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
