WHEREAS, Little Rock, AR, Resolution No. 9,163 (May 17,
1994), established authority for the JTPA program to expend and
allocate Title 2A, 2C, 2B & 3 JTPA funds during program year
1994 (July 1, 1994 through June 30, 1995), and
WHEREAS, the City has recently been informed that
additional funds under program year Titles 2A and 2C have been
reallocated in the amount $39,283 for Title 2A funds and the
amount of $2,338 for Title 2C funds, and
WHEREAS, there has been an adjustment for incentive funds
for Fiscal Year 1993, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Board of Directors
authorize the expenditure of additional JTPA funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: The Little Rock Private Industry Council is
hereby authorized to expend up to $39,283 in Title 2A funds as
an adjustment to the budget previously approved and up to $2,338
in Title 2C funds as an adjustment to the budget previously
approved in Little Rock, AR, Resolution 9,163.
