RESOLUTION NO. 9,274
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY OF
Summit' STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 8th
day of September 1994 asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of right -of -way
described as follows:
The section of Summit Street that lies between the r;Rhr of o,ny of
Interstate 630 and the right of way of Maryland Avenue.
subject, however, to an easement for public utilities and
drainage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
TORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of December , 1994 .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
