A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS
TO THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES, ARTS
& HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION, BOARD OF
ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS, CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY
SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES, HISTORIC DISTRICT
COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION, AND
THE RACIAL & CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards and
Commissions:
(a) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Ms. Sandra Connor, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. Mike Flynn, said term expiring June 30, 1998.
(b) ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION
Ms. Claudia Stallings, reappointed to a three year term
expiring December 16, 1997.
(c) BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS
Mr. Gary Williams, reappointed to a three year term
expiring November 25, 1997.
Mr. Ronald Banks, appointed to a three year term,
replacing Mr. Don Thompson, said term expiring November 25,
1997.
(d) CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Ms. Bernice Benjamin, reappointed to a three year term
expiring December 31, 1997.
Ms. Frances Freddie Nixon, reappointed to a three year
term expiring December 31, 1997.

(e) HISTORIC DISTOT COMMISSION

Mr. Tommy Jameson, appointed to a three year term,
replacing Ms. Jeanette Heinbockel, said term expiring
June 15, 1997.
(f) LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
The following individuals are hereby reappointed to
three year terms expiring November 1, 1997:
Mr. Emmett Willis
Mr. Ronald Woods
The following individuals are hereby appointed to
three year terms expiring November 1, 1997:
Replacing:
Mr. Doyle Daniel, Jr. Mr. John McDaniel
Ms. Suzanne McCarthy Ms. Kathleen Oleson
(g) RACIAL 6 CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Ms. Janetta Kearney - Ratcliffe, appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Ms. Linda Hardway, said term expiring
September 6, 1996.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
