A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH AMARACO ENTERPRISES
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW RESTROOM FACILITY IN
ALLSOPP PARR, A 1988 BOND ISSUE PROJECT;

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,473 appropriated $8,690,000
for Parks and Recreation improvements;
WHEREAS, A citizen advisory committee was formed to
provide input for Allsopp Park development.
WHEREAS, Several meetings with the neighborhood
association and local churches have occurred to share and receive
input to the development proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Amaraco Enterprises for construction of
a New Restroom Facility in Allsopp Park in the amount of
$49,587.00.
