RESOLUTION NO. 9.230
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PENEPRIME OF ARKANSAS
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ASPHALT PAVING AND CURB
AND GUTTER AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN ALLSOPP
PARK;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,473 appropriated $8,690,000
for Parks and Recreation improvements;
WHEREAS, A citizen advisory committee was formed to
provide input for Allsopp's development.
WHEREAS, several meetings with neighborhood
association and local churches have occurred to share and get
responses to the development proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Peneprime of Arkansas for construction of
asphalt paving and curb and gutter at various locations in
Allsopp Park in an amount of $28,193.25.
