A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO ABANDON A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY OF
WEST 26TH STREET AND PARR STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 17th day of August , 1994 , asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon a portion of right -of -way described as follows:
Park Street from the south right -of -rag line of Roosevelt Road to the south
right -of -way line of W. 26th Street adjacent to Lots 1 -6, Block 1, N.F. Riffel
Addition and lots 5 8 6, Block 4, McCarthy's Addition; and
W. 26th Street extending 1 1/2 blocks west of the west right -of -way line of Schiller
Street adjacent to Lot 6, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 8, both in the N.F. Riffel
addition and Lots 6 and 7, Block 4 and Lots 5 and 12, Block 5, both in the
McCarthy's Addition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 20thday of
September , 1g 94.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Pulaski county, Arkansas, and having general circulation
in the City of Little Rock.
