A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO PHILLIPS CONSTRUCTION
FOR THE RENOVATION OF A HOUSE AT
2313 MAPLE STREET, A CDBG
SAVE -A -HOME PROJECT FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOODS AND
PLANNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to Phillips Construction of Little
Rock, Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an
amount not to exceed $27,298 for the Save -A -Home project at 2313
Maple.
SECTION 2. Funding is provided by CDBG account number
20402 -6080.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
