A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO LAMBERT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR HAULING TOPSOIL FOR THE
LANDFILL CLOSURE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Lambert Construction Company of Little
Rock, Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an
amount not to exceed $49,250 for hauling topsoil for the
landfill closure.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is also authorized to approve
any change order for additional top soil required by the State
Department of Pollution Control and Ecology.
SECTION 3. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 603 - 220 - 2120 -6081.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
