A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $12,500,000 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 1994 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF REFUNDING THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT REVENUE REFUNDING AND IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 1984
AND THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT REVENUE
IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 1985.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission has determined that it would be
in the best interest of the City to refund the City's Municipal Airport Revenue Refunding and
Improvement Bonds, Series 1984 and the City of Little Rock Municipal Airport Revenue
Improvement Bonds, Series 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: A public hearing is hereby set for August 31, 1994 at 1:30 p.m. in the Board
of Directors' Room, Second Floor, City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
72201 on the question of the issuance of not to exceed $12,500,000 of its Municipal Airport Revenue
Refunding Bonds, Series 1994 for the purpose of refunding the City of Little Rock Municipal
Airport Revenue Refunding and Improvement Bonds, Series 1984 and the City of Little Rock
Municipal Airport Revenue Improvement Bonds, Series 1985.
SECTION 2: Publication of a Notice of Public Hearing is hereby ratified and confirmed.
