RESOLUTION NO. 9,207
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING ON A PETITION
TO VACATE PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS IN THE AREA
OF TRACT "C -2" OF THE REPLAT OF TRACT "C" OF THE AMENDED PLAT
UNIVERSITY PARK - RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL AND REMEDIAL
FACILITIES PLAT, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 20th day of July 1994
asking the Board of Directors to vacate public utility and drainage easements in
the area of Tract "C -2" of the Replat of Tract "C" of the Amended Plat University
Park- Recreational, Educational and Remedial Facilities Plat, City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plats of said addition now appearing of record in
Plat Book B, Page 822, Book 39, Page 91 and in Book 41, Page 15, in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be held at the meeting of
the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 16th day of
August 1994.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
