A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE ARTS & HUMANITIES
PROMOTION COMMISSION, BOARD OF BUILDING CODE
APPEALS, LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY, PRIVATE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL, AND THE LITTLE ROCK
SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARTS & HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION
Mr. William J. Gaskins, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of George Wittenberg, III, said term expiring
December 16, 1995.
(b) BOARD OF BUILDING CODE APPEALS
Mr. Joe Hilliard (Structural Engineer position),
appointed to a four year term replacing James Engstrom,
III, said term expiring May 12, 1998.
Mr. Mark Alderfer (Architect), appointed to a four year
term replacing Lugean Chilcote, said term expiring May
12, 1998.
(C) LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Mr. James Cobb, reappointed to a five year term
expiring July 6, 1999.
(d) PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
Ms. Kathleen Hillegas (Private Sector) , appointed to a
three year term replacing Hardy L. Winburn, said term
expiring May 3, 1997.
Mr. Leon Matthews (Community Based Organization),
appointed to a three year term replacing Kay Patton,
said term expiring May 3, 1997.
Mr. Terry W. Stevenson (Rehabilitation) , appointed to a
three year term replacing Ms. Mavis Mitchell, said term
expiring May 3, 1997.

expiring August 1, 1998. 364
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
