RESOLUTION NO. 9,202
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PHILLIP
GILMORE TO THE LITTLE ROCK AMBULANCE
AUTHORITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Ambulance Authority Board of
Directors has recommended to this Board that Phillip Gilmore be
appointed to fill the expired term of Mike Kumpuris on the
Ambulance Authority Board; and
WHEREAS, a review of Mr. Gilmore's qualifications indicates
he is properly qualified to be appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC'T'ORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Phillip Gilmore is hereby appointed to the Board
of Directors of the Little Rock Ambulance Authority for a term
to expire July 5, 1999.
