HomeMy WebLinkAbout9188RESOLUTION NO. 9,188 319 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR CAPITOL AVENUE STREETSCAPE WITH TOWNSHIP BUILDERS. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,473 appropriated $900,000 for Hillcrest, Quapaw, and Capitol Avenue Improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to award a contract to Township Builders for construction of one and one -half blocks of Capitol Avenue from Ferry Street west to one -half block east of Commerce Street in the amount of $192,159.00 from Special Project Account 301 - 230 -0250.
