• RESOLUTION TO REJECT ALL BIDS FOR
• MUNICIPAL PARKING SERVICE; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City issued a request for proposals to
privately enforce City parking laws; and
WHEREAS, after all the bids have been opened and considered
the Board of Directors is not satisfied with the divergence of
approaches taken by the various proposals submitted, and wishes
to have other approaches considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: All bids are being rejected and the City
Manager is directed to develop new criteria and submit the
matter for new proposals.
