A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
3 MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD
4 CONTRACTS FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE
5 HOUSE AT 6008 DENHAM STREET, A CDBG
6 SAV -A -HOME PROJECT; AND FOR THE
7 CONSTRUCTION OF CDBG AFFORDABLE
HOMES AT 1113 SOUTH PARK STREET AND
a 2016 WEST 18TH STREET FOR THE
9 DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOODS AND
10 PLANNING.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
12 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
13 SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
14 bids and award contracts to Mid South Masonry, the low bidder
15 meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $31,125 for
16 the Sav -A -Home project at 6008 Denham; John Wright
Construction, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an
17 amount not to exceed $45,730 for construction of an affordable
18 home at 1113 South Park; and John Wright Construction, the low
19 bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
20 $45,730 for construction of an affordable home at 2016 West
18th.
21 SECTION 2. Funding s
g provided by CDBG account number 19402
22 and the CDBG Affordable Home Program.
23 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
24 effect from and after its adoption.
