HomeMy WebLinkAbout91130 RESOLUTION NO. 9,113 • 127 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE PUBLIC UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS IN MONTCLAIR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION (PART II), CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 10th day of February , 1994 asking the Board of Directors to vacate portions of the public utility and drainage easements in Montclair Heights Subdivision (Part II), City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 6 Page 25, and in Book 745, Page 471, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The hearing of said petition shall be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 15th day of March , 1994. SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
