RESOLUTION NO. 9,112
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE AND CLOSE PORTIONS OF ALAMO CIRCLE AND
[ADECREST DRIVE IN MONTCLAIR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION (PART II),
TO THE CITY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
10th day of February , 1994, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon portions of Alamo Circle and
Shadecrest Drive in Montclair Heights Subdivision (Part II)
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the
plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book
6, Page 25, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Dirctors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 15th day of March , 1994.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
