A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1995
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAN
(TIP) TO BE SUBNITTED TO NETROPLAN
FOR THE 1995 INTERMODAL SURFACE
TRANSPORTATION EFFICIENCY ACT
(ISTEA) PROJECT RANKINGS.

WHEREAS, eight projects have been recommended by the
Department of Public Works and the office of the City Manager to
be submitted to the 1995 Transportation Improvement Program ; and
WHEREAS, the ISTEA funding process requires a competitive
analysis of all projects submitted with the identified urbanized
boundaries; and
WHEREAS, projects submitted for this process are analyzed
to insure the highest rankings for the projects can be attained.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The 1995 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
Submittal attached as Exhibit A is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to submit the TIP
Submittal to Metroplan for the 1995 Intermodal Surface
Transportation Efficiency Act (ISTEA) project rankings.
