RESOLUTION NO. 9,110
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT
WITH PREFERRED VISION CARE FOR
OPTICAL INSURANCE FOR NON -UNION
EMPLOYEES FOR A ONE YEAR PERIOD
EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 1994.
WHEREAS, this renewal represents the third and final year
of the contract period specified in the Request for Proposal
issued in December, 1991; and
WHEREAS, Preferred Vision Care has submitted a proposal to
renew this coverage with no increase in premium rate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to renew
a one year contract with Preferred Vision Care for optical
insurance coverage for non -union employees effective March 1,
1994.
