A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD
CONTRACTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
HOME PROGRAM DWELLING UNITS AT 1104
PARR STREET AND 1115 PARR STREET, AND
FOR THE RENOVATION OF A HOME PROGRAM
UNIT AT 1119 PARR STREET.
WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to provide
for construction of two HOME dwelling units and for renovation of
one HOME unit; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder in these competitive bidding
processes have been recommended to receive this award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into
contracts to provide construction of HOME Program units located at
1104 Park Street ($42,480) and 1115 Park Street ($41,891) with
Phillips Construction Company of Little Rock, Arkansas, and with
Phillips Construction Company for a HOME Program dwelling unit
renovation at 1119 Park Street ($28,490).
SECTION 2. Funding is available under the HOME Programs
Fund, Account Number MC050200.
