RESOLUTION NO. 9,104
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR HEARING THE
PROPOSAL TO ABANDON A PORTION OF RIGHT -OF -WAY OF
ARCHWOOD DRIVE IN BOYLE PARK IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, is considering the proposal to vacate and
abandon a portion of right -of -way described as follows:
That portion of Archwood Drive beginning at the northwest
corner of Lot 1 of Maryton Park Subdivision of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, extending westerly through Boyle Park
to the point of its intersection with the right -of -way of
Boyle Park Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on this matter shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of March, 1994.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
