RESOLUTION NO. 9,099 -
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE PORTIONS OF
CEDAR HILL ROAD AND ALLIED DRIVE IN RIVERDALE ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
27th day of January 0 1994, asking the Board of
Directors to vacate and abandon portions of Cedar Hill Road
and Allied Drive, Riverdale Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plats of said
Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 34 Page 33,
and Plat Book B, Page 284, in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject however, to certain
public utility easements located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1st day of March , 1994.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
