5 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK ARKANSAS CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF
6 UNITED SYSTEMS OF ARKANSAS, INCORPORATED TO PARTICIPATE IN
7 THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

10 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business or enterprise to
11
12 participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program and benefit from the exemptions as
13 provided in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, and
14
15 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific forms available from AIDC,
16 and
17
18 WHEREAS, United Systems of Arkansas, Incorporated located at 521 East Markham
19
Street, has been determined by the management of the Enterprise Zone as an appropriate
20
21 applicant, and
22
23 WHEREAS, United Systems of Arkansas, Incorporated has agreed to furnish to
24 management of the Enterprise Zone all necessary information for compliance.

26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
27 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

29 SECTION 1. United Systems of Arkansas, Incorporated shall be endorsed by the
30 City of Little Rock for benefit from the refunds and tax credits as provided in the Arkansas
31
32 Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993, through June 30, 1999.
33 SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the required Certificate of Local
34
35 Government Endorsement.

1 SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after
2 its adoption and approval.
