RESOLUTION NO. 9,092
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN THE
EVERGREEN AND TAYLOR DRAINAGE
PROJECT, BETWEEN °P" STREET AND LEE
AVENUE, A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND
DRAINAGE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Little Rock Ordinance 15,473 appropriated
$19,675,000 for street and drainage improvements; and
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposal was issued for a contract
to provide engineering services to design the Evergreen and Taylor
Drainage Project, between "P" Street and Lee Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Selection Committee appointed to review
qualifications and establish reasonable fee guidelines has
selected Blaylock, Threet, Phillips, & Associates, Inc. of the ten
responding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 2 -243 of the Little Rock
Code of Ordinances, the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into a contract with Blaylock, Threet, Phillips & Associates,
Inc., in an amount not to exceed $76,650, for engineering services
to design the Evergreen and Taylor Drainage Project, between "P"
Street and Lee Avenue.
SECTION 2. Funds are available in account 301 - 220 -0068.
