RESOLUTION NO. 9,091
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD AN ANNUAL
CONTRACT FOR GASOLINE FOR THE DEPARTMENT
OF FLEET SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to
provide an annual contract for regular unleaded gasoline, diesel
gasoline, and regular gasoline for the City's transport and Bob
trucks; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder in this competitive bidding
process has been recommended to receive this award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract for regular unleaded gasoline for transport trucks with
La Sher Oil Company of North Little Rock, Arkansas, for diesel
fuel for transport trucks with La Sher Oil Company, and for
regular gasoline for Bob Truck with Green & Chapman, Inc. of
North Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This annual contract may be extended for one
additional year as per the terms of the bid with City Manager
approval.
