RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE THAT PORTION OF BIRCHWOOD
DRIVE LYING SOUTH OF LOT 2A, ERWIN ADDITION, AND NORTH
OF LOT 1, MONTCLAIR HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 10th day of
December , 1993, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon
that portion of Birchwood Drive lying south of Lot 2A, Erwin
Addition, and North of Lot 1, Monclair Heights Subdivision of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said
Addition appearing of record in Plat Book A, Page 832, and Plat Book
6, Page 25, respectively, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public easements located
in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock
P.M. on the 15th day of February , 1994.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a
week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
