A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF WEST
26TH AND MAPLE STREET, AN 18TH YEAR
CDBG PROGRAM PROJECT FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOODS AND
PLANNING.

WHEREAS, reconstruction of West 26th and Maple Street was
approved by the Board as part of the 18th Year CDBG Program
(1992- 1993), along with appropriation of $152,000; and
WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to provide
a contract for the 26th and Maple Street project; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder in this competitive bidding process
has been recommended to receive this award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Hogan Construction Company of Little Rock, Arkansas,
in the amount of $151,048.00, for reconstruction of West 26th and
Maple Street, a CDBG 18th Year Program project for the Department
of Neighborhoods and Planning.
SECTION 2. Funding is available in CDBG Account Number
81100 -2.
