A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR
ZOYSIA GRASS SOD FOR THE PARRS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT.

WHEREAS, the City has submitted competitive bids to
provide a contract for zoysia grass sod; and
WHEREAS, the low bidder in this competitive bidding
process has been recommended to receive this award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Winrock Grass Farm of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a
period of one year in an amount not to exceed the budget, for
zoysia grass sod for the Parks and Recreation Department.
