A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE PARKSIDE COURT IN
BLOCK 13 OF PARKWAY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 16th day of December , t 19 93, asking
the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of Parkside Cour (entire
dedication) lying Northwesterly of Pride Valley Drive and between Lots 1 & 13,
Block 13, Parkway Place, Second Phase, Little Rock, Arkansas, as recorded in Plat
Book 'A', Page 90 of the records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however,
to any public utility easements located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 1 8thday of .
January 1994
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing
in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
