RESOLUTION NO. 9,066
A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
APPROVAL OF A SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL TRUST
INDENTURE RELATING TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS - OMEGA
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, John Maneely Company has requested that the City
enter into a Second Supplemental Indenture relating to the City's
Industrial Development Revenue Bonds (Omega Project) Series 1984;
WHEREAS, federal law requires that a public hearing be held
before the Second Supplemental Indenture becomes effective;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, that:
Section 1. A public hearing is hereby set on January 18,
1994, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Director's Chamber, 2nd Floor,
City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, on
the question of the approval of a Second Supplemental Indenture
amending the City's Industrial Development Revenue Bonds - Omega
Project.
Section 2. Publication of a Notice of the Public Hearing is
hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after is passage and approval.
